Amazon is rumors to be prepping not one but two devices for 2011. These two devices are tablets which are bound to be launched within 2011. BGR, got the tip, but has little info about the hardware. But what they got are the codenames of the tablets. The first tablet which is said to be an "entry level" device will be named as the "Coyote" and will sport a dual-core processor specifically featuring the nVidia Tegra 2 chispet. The other tablet will be given the name as the "Hollywood" and will sport a quad-core processor which is touted to be sporting the nVidia Kal-El processor which is rumored to be produced also within this year.

Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-i9103) gets certified by WiFi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG
WiFi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG have certified the nVidia Tegra 2 powered version of the Samsung Galaxy S II. This version of the Galaxy S II will carry the model number GT-i9103 as opposed to the Samsung Exynos powered GS II which has the model number GT-i9100. Samsung have said that the reason for this is that they might have supply problems with their new Exynos processors for them to stuff into the Galaxy S II. I believe, that the GT-i9103 will have a lower price tag than that of the GT-i9100. Everything else will be the same in terms of design and the innards of the phones it's just that the processor is different. Samsung Hub, on the other hand, is saying that the GT-i9103 "might" sport a 4.3" Super LCD display rather than a Super AMOLED Plus display.

LG Optimus Pad gets a Transformer inspired commercial - mocks on Apple
The LG Optimus Pad or the G-Slate, apparently, gets a Transformer inspired commercial. When I saw the video, I was kind of getting the whole obvious idea of LG trying to say that they have come to literally squash [an] Apple. The LG Optimus Pad is due to be unveiled during MWC 2011 which will feature 3D capabilities. Unfortunately this commercial will not help us in looking for the tablet's specs but it should probably be more like the T-Mobile G-Slate anyway this tablet is touted to be the "European version" of the G-Slate. Head over the break to watch the commercial.

LG Optimus Pad is the international version of the G-Slate - Tegra 2 and 3D capabilities
![]() |
| LG G-Slate |
This post will answer my question about the LG Optimus Pad, that I blogged about last year. Right after announcing the LG Optimus Pad, the Korean giant have thrown to the bin their plans of making a tablet challenger that early. And before the G-Slate came out or announced, it was rumored that LG will be making the LG-Optimus Pad, and will run on Android 3.0. And then everyone, including me, was amazed of LG's introduction of the LG G-Slate which is basically bound for the US markets with T-Mobile.
