LG Optimus 2X officially launches in Australia

Yup, the phone is already available in the Australian market. We've already heard about the LG Optimus 2X to be launched in the land down under. The phone first broke into the light in it's home turf in South Korea, already available for pre-order in the UK, and will be heading to the US shores via T-Mobile and will be known as the T-Mobile G2X. Today, Australia is the next country to be getting it.

The world's first dual-core powered smartphone which runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and features a 4" WVGA display, HSPA, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, HDMI, an 8MP rear facing camera, 1080p HD video recording,  and a 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor is currently available in Australia for 799 Australian dollars.

No carrier have launched the phone yet in the said country so there is only one way of getting the phone and that's through MobiCity with that tag price and unlocked.

For those who wants to have the LG Optimus 2X in Australia ahead of the others. Head over to MobiCity and get your credit cards ready.
