PHIL: Nokia launches the X1-01 and the C2-00 in the Philippines

Nokia Philippines have unveiled and launched two new budget phones in the Philippines. The Nokia X1-01 and the Nokia C2-00 both of which were announced a few days back. The X1-01 is a phone built with music in mind. It boasts one of the most powerful built-in speakers a phone could ever have. The C2-01, on the other hand, is a phone, like the X1-01 is a dual-sim phone. What makes the C2-01 different from the X1 aside from the fact that it is not made with music in mind is that it has a different SIM card arrangement.

Nokia have announced a new phone, not a smartphone, that will definitely make music lovers craving for it. The Nokia X1-01 is a basic phone running on Symbian S30 with a built-in speaker that is huge! Nokia said that the speaker can produce 106phon (a phon is a measure of perceived loudness) and have described that power as enough to rattle your window frames.
