Nokia Philippines have unveiled and launched two new budget phones in the Philippines. The Nokia X1-01 and the Nokia C2-00 both of which were announced a few days back. The X1-01 is a phone built with music in mind. It boasts one of the most powerful built-in speakers a phone could ever have. The C2-01, on the other hand, is a phone, like the X1-01 is a dual-sim phone. What makes the C2-01 different from the X1 aside from the fact that it is not made with music in mind is that it has a different SIM card arrangement.

The SIM card arrange of the C2-00 is placed very differently from most dual-sim phones. The C2 has one of its SIM card slot on its side, the other one being in a standard place where you'd usually find the slot (inside the phone). Nokia calls it "Easy Swap".
Both phones should be available in Nokia stores near you and should be available nationwide in the coming weeks as Nokia will start rolling out the launching of these phones in more parts of the country.
With regards to the pricing, the X1-01 will only set you back a nice Php 1,990 while the C2-00 will bear an SRP of Php 2,990.
