We've seen the Acer beTouch E140 a few weeks ago and was reported to be available soon. Today Acer have made things official with the betTouch E140. Announced in the UK the entry-level smartphone is set to be available in the UK very soon. Running on Android 2.2 Froyo, the beTouch features a 2.8" QVGA touch screen display, WiFi, FM Radio, Bluetooth, HSDPA, GPS, 3.2MP camera, microSD card support, and is powered by a 600MHz processor.
No word from Acer yet on how much the smartphone would cost but my source have reported that it should cost at around €200.
