iPhone Verizon model at "AP" stage and the iPhone 5 hits "EVT" stage

Boy Genius Report's Apple sources have given them very interesting info about the iPhone, the Verizon iPhone and the iPhone 5. The info came directly from BGR's source saying that the iPhone 3.2 3,2, which is what everyone is assuming as the Verizon version of the iPhone 4 which was also said to be the iPhone 4S, just hit the "AP" stage. The iPhone 4S (or the 3.2 3,2) is the iPhone 4 version which can, rumored, support Verizon's CDMA channel. About the "AP", my source have not said what the abbreviation means, just the "field test phase".

Regarding the iPhone 5, which was said to be the direct answer to the iPhone 4's antenna issues. It is said that the iPhone 5 will be the "hardware fix" of the iPhone 4. They have already designed a different antenna and I believe, it's gonna be incorporated into the iPhone 5. If the iPhone 5 will be a differently designed phone from the iPhone 4 is a question I can not answer. It is also possible that the iPhone 4S (3.2 3,2) will get the new antenna design, who wants more and more customers complaining about dual drop-call button? As of now these are still rumors or rather strong information that Apple has yet to confirm. I as of now, let us hope that th marketing guru, Jobs will, if not confirm these rumors, will give us a  hint in the up coming Apple press conference.

Follow up: The iPhone 5 is said to be on its "EVT" stage which means, Engineering Verification Test phase.
