The refreshed Mac Book air to last 8-10 hours, and will cost $999?

Rumors & leaks about a refresh of the almost forgotten Mac Book Air have been circulating around the internet for quite some time now. With all those rumors plus Apple's next event, a press conference, on October 20th are all preparations of not only announcing Apple's latest Mac OS X version but also the unveiling of the refreshed MBA (Mac Book Air).

The key features of the new MBA are an 11.6 inch model, that'll cost $999, and a 13.3 inch model at $1,100. A 2.1GHz & 2.4GHz processor option, 8-10 hours of battery life (amazing), an nVidia GeForce 320M Graphics card, 2GB of RAM (upgradeable), a thinner case, SD card slot, USB ports, a standard MagSafe port, and a Mini Display port.

To all Apple fans, you might be very excited just reading the, at least for now, unofficial specs. But as what we know about Apple and CEO Steve Jobs, we think we are about to be officially introduced to the refreshed MBA.
