Facebook makes playing games better

Facebook has improved the way you play games right inside the largest social networking site. This was released and announced after Google launched Google Games inside Google+. I haven't tried playing games in Google+ since it is not yet available on my G+ so I cannot say yet how G+ will fair with Facebook on games.

But anyway, Facebook is adding a new feature when you are playing games. When you get the new feature, which they call as the "ticker", you will be able to see on a separate stream, the latest activities relating to games from your friends. That way, you will be updated with what your friends are playing and whatnots.
"You can now control who can see these stories for each individual app in your Settings. If you want friends to see you're playing one game but not another, you can change that. You're also able to limit visibility directly from the ticker by clicking "X" on a story to remove it."

Also, Facebook has made playing games a much bigger experience. They have given games a bigger part of the screen which can also be switched to full screen mode like CityVille, Zoo World, Monster World, and Mystery Manor "in the coming days".

Facebook also made bookmarking your games better and have added more options to it. You can now control your favorite games to be at the top portion of your homepage.
"If you use a lot of apps or games, you can now keep the best ones at the top of your bookmarks on your homepage. To add a new favorite, click the menu next to the bookmark. You can also rearrange, remove, and edit settings from the same menu."
