There will be three kinds of Iconia Tab A100s that Acer will be offering the US market. One is a Walmart exclusive (it has model number that you won't remember anyway) which will sport a 16GB internal storage and will be priced at $349.99. The other variant will sport an 8GB internal storage and that will retail for $329.99.  The last one, which will also be a Walmart exclusive, is basically the Iconia Tab A100 that will sport an 8GB internal storage and will be sold for $329.99. Now do not ask me why that is so, let's leave it to Acer and Walmart for that part.
