The Acer Iconia Tab A500 or the A501 is reported to have started receiving the Android 3.2 Honeycomb update in Poland. Android 3.2 Honeycomb is expected to bring in a lot of performance enhancement into the OS and security and bug fixes. The update is also expected to be coming via OTA, so a notification will inform you if it is ready for your device.
It is still unclear though when the update is coming to other markets like in the UK and in the USA. But I will surely keep you posted about it. There is also no harm in checking.
