Verizon Motorola Xoom's Android 3.2 Honeycomb update in the "coming weeks"

The WiFi only version of the Motorola Xoom Honeycomb tablet's Android 3.2 Honeycomb update have already been pushed. Unfortunately, I was not able to blog about that. Anyway, Verizon's Motorola Xoom is set to receive it's update to 3.2 Honeycombsoon. This was announced via a tweet from Motorola themselves.

The announcement did not really give us much detail but we will take "in the coming weeks". This update is expected to bring in "Zoom to fill screen" feature into the tablet and the much awaited microSD card support so that those microSD card slots will finally be put to use. Of course, Android 3.2 Honeycomb is also expected to be a better version of the tablet optimized platform. We know that the 3.1 was an improvement from 3.0 and so we should also expect that from 3.2

When Verizon or Motorola finally start to push the update I will make sure that I will be reporting about it, so stay tuned.
