[Updated] PHIL: HTC Sensation to launch in the county on June 15th

The HTC Sensation is the Taiwanese company's latest Android flagship phone which is what they put head on with Samsung's Galaxy S II, which was announced recently by Globe. Anyway, the HTC Sensation is given a launch date too and according to YugaTech's confirmed report, HTC's version of the superphone will be available in the Philippines starting June 15th. HTC is, apparently, pushing to launch their Sensation into the Philippines market way ahead of Samsung's own superphone (June 27th launch with Globe).

TechPump asks: Will the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 be a hit? Cast your votes now!

Price? Well, we already know that the Samsung Galaxy S II got an SRP of Php 29,990, the HTC Sensation is given an SRP of Php 33,000 and YugaTech got that SRP "from the main man" himself.

Anyway, for HTC fans and Android fans in the Philippines we have two dates! HTC Sensation's launching in June 27 and the Galaxy S II's launching (via globe) in June 27th. These two superphones are just in a league of their own, aren't they?

Update: HTC just sent me an invitation to the launch event of the HTC Sensation and the HTC Wildfire S in the Philippines which will be held on June 15th. So, basically its confirmed that the two phones will launch on June 15th. For the HTC Wildfire S' specs click here.
