Google announces Voice Search, Image Search, and Instant Pages

Google, during a media event in San Francisco earlier, announced three new stuff that they will be incorporating into Google.com. These are Google Voice Search, Image Search, and Instant Pages. Google, the company we all know, is always trying to improve web searching by adding new features and making search easy and as fast as what Instant Pages does. That, I believe is the coolest of them three announced.

Voice Search was first introduced by Google on Google mobile, you know when you go to google.com using your mobile phone, is now also incorporated into desktops or laptops. Actually, all of these three new features in Google Search is named to give you an idea on how they work. Like Voice Search what it does is help you search faster or easier by just saying what you want to search and Google will automatically search it for you.

Search by Image or Image Search apparently is searching using photos. You get a photo from your computer put it on Google (something like uploading it or not). This feature comes with a Google Chrome and Firefox extension so you can simply right click on a photo you find on the web and click on search Google with this image to let Google do a web search using the image.

Here's for me the coolest feature, Instant Pages. What this does is when you finish typing in your search item or terms and when you're already in the page where Google lists all the possible things you are looking for (search results), Instant Pages will preload (pre-fetch) the most like search result item that Google have given you so that when you click on it the page just goes to BOOM! I mean, to fully loaded page. This feature right here, and I believe all of them, are on a roll out launch, since I still can't seem to have Voice Search, and Image Search (even if I have already installed the Chrome extension for this). Anyway, these new stuff are making me want to use Google more, I am also excited about Voice Search, talking to my computer when I want to search for something is cool.
