HTC have promised that their recently announced HTC Incredible S will be getting some Gingerbread treat soon. Today, we have a definite time when that will actually happen. HTC have said that the Incredible S will be getting the update by the end of Q2 (2011). That would give the Incredible S owners 4 months of waiting. Regardless of the update coming not so quick as what HTC would like to call it, for as long as its an update, I know that everyone would love to get it.
Aside from the Incredible S, other older HTC handsets will also be given the same treatment. The HTC Desire HD and the Desire Z will also be receiving the update. Another handset who will be jumping in to the update wagon is the original Desire.
