HP intros HP Pre 3 with a Qualcomm 1.4 GHz processor

This is the second handset that HP unveiled during their HP WebOS event in San Francisco which has just concluded a few minutes ago. The HP Pre 3 is the larger of the two, the HP Veer is a cute little touch screen phone that features a full QWERTY keyboard. The Pre 2 by the way will be made available for pre-orders tomorrow with Verizon.

The Pre 3 is the first device that is announced that packs Qualcomm's 1.4 GHz Snapdragon MSM 8x55 processor.

• 3.58" (480 x 800) touch screen display
• Vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard (like the HP Veer and Pre 2)

• WiFi router capability (up to 5 devices)
• Proximity sensor
• Light sensor
• Accelerometer
• 910 mAh battery
