Acer flaunts the Iconia and the Iconia Tab A500 in a video - "4.8" tablet?

Announced by Acer last year in November, the Acer Iconia Tab A500 is the company's answer to the onslaught of tablets to the global market. Although, it has not yet been launched globally, the device gets a promotional video.

It's big brother (since they have the same codenames), the Acer Iconia dual-display tablet also gets a promotional video. Below are the videos of the two devices from Acer's YouTube channel.

Acer Iconia Dual-Display Tablet specs:
  •  Windows 7 OS
  • With a special Acer UI on the lower display
  •  Inetl Core i5 processor
  • Up to 4 GB of RAM
  • Up to 750 GB HDD
  •  3G connectivity module (optional)
  •  USB 3.0 ports

This is the Acer Iconia Tab A500, an Android 3.0 Honeycomb powered tablet with a 10" touch screen display. Well, we know that right?

 Acer Iconia Tab A500 specs:
  •  Honeycomb, Android OS 31 GB RAM
  • 1 GHz  nVidia Tegra2 dual-core processor with GeForce graphics
  • 1280 x 800 resolution that uses a viewing angle of 80 degrees
  • 16 GB internal storage
  • Mini HDMI
  •  USB
  •  MicroUSB
  • Verizon LTE 4G capability
  • Dual cameras: 5 MP rear, 2 MP front

I found something that interests me in the video. The part which says "high definition entertainment" specifically. It shows 3 different sizes of "tablets" a 4.8", a 7", and this 10" sized device. We know that Acer will be making a 7" version of this tablet but what is that 4.8"?

What I know is this, a yet to be christened Android powered smartphone that has a 4.8" touch screen display. Endgadget calls it the "phoneblet" because its too small to be called a tablet and too large to be called a smartphone. Well, the video seems to confirm or rather say that the 4.8-incher is a tablet after all.
