©Gizmodo Gizmodo's mock up of the Nexus Two |
Gizmodo's source said that he was able to see it in person and actually play with it a bit. I'll take a snippet from Gizmodo's post of this development, and you be the judge and try to imagine what the next Nexus will look like.
"It's black and shiny, built with glossy plastic. Up close, though, it's "got this curve to it." While the screen, which our source thinks is the same 4-inch AMOLED affair from the Galaxy series, is flat, the front is "sort of concave" with hard edges. And the back is curved. The tapering makes it feel thinner than Galaxy S, though it might be about the same thickness. "It feels really similar to the Galaxy S in a lot ways." (Note: Our mockup is very approximate.)"
Their source said that the Nexus Two by Samsung looks like a Galaxy S, hence the Vibrant mock up by Gizmodo. Another main difference with the Nexus Two and it's look-a-likes is that it features a front facing camera (of course, aside from the Epic 4G). It was running with a stock Android said to be very buggy, definitely the next Android version, Gingerbread (2.3 or 3.0)?
So, November 8th is when Samsung's going to reveal a new Android device, let's wait for that date, and I have marked my calendar for that, and we'll see where this Nexus Two thing goes.
