Google releases Chrome 30 to the stable world!

Google has released Chrome 30 to the world and if we follow how they name their major version of the browser, this will be the world's most popular browser's 30th major release. For those who have been following the developments of Chrome, they know that a "new" chrome came out with Chrome 29 with a new UI and lots of things changed here and there including a very integrated Google Plus. Anyway, Chrome 30 is out which is joined by its mobile version.

Here are some of the new things you should expect from Chrome 30 on your desktop:

  • Easier searching by image
  • A number of new apps/extension APIs
  • Lots of under the hood changes for stability and performance
For those who also use Chrome on their mobile phones, the application will also be updated in the next few days to Chrome 30 too. With the new app, Google has added in new gesture controls for  a smoother and a more efficient way of navigating around the browser when you are using it.
