Regardless of all the negative stuff you might have read, Microsoft has set October 29 the day they will announce their own Windows Phone 8 device. That's what their invitations are saying. What else would be they announcing anyway? A newer version of Windows Phone? I don't think so. Rumor has it that the Redmond company will be launching it's own device just like their own Windows 8 tablet, the Microsoft Surface.It would be fitting they will match that with a smartphone, just to put things at equilibrium. Judging by the looks of the Microsoft Surface, expect for a boxy and industrial design Windows Phone smartphone. So, the question is, what's it gonna be called? We'll have to wait until Oct. 29!
