Google has released an update to Chrome for Mac. The browser for that specific OS is now updated to 19.0.1084.53 to support the transition to Mac OS X Mountain Lion. I think that is it. Chrome for Mac is available from the Mac App Store or you can head over to the official Google Chrome download page.
[Update] The update just got another update. Probably the first update had problems so, Google released another update for those who are using Google Chrome on their Macs. The update procedure is the same. Google, did not put any more explanation why they have this update over the update but yeah, I bet they had problems with the first. This should then bring the version of your Chromes to 19.0.1084.54.
