The 4G-capable Acer Iconia Tab A501 has been given a price tag and a date by AT&T. On September 18th, the carrier is scheduled to launch the said tablet with a price tag of $330 with a 2-year contract. AT&T will also be offering the Android Honeycomb tablet without any contracts which will require you to pay $480 with 16GB of internal storage.
The Acer Iconia Tab A501 is the same tablet as the Iconia A500, the difference, apparently, is the fact that the A501 is 4G-enabled. That means, the Iconia A501 will allows you to browse web content and connect to AT&T's HSPA+ network.
As a refresher the Iconia Tab A501 will be running on Android 3.1 Honeycomb and is sporting a 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0, a 10.1 (1280x800) touchscreen display, and all the other standard Honeycomb specs.
