AT&T announces three additions to their Windows Phone portfolio by adding in the HTC Titan, the Samsung Focus S, and the Samsung Focus Flash. We already know about the HTC Titan, it was announced by HTC itself during IFA 2011 in Berlin. So, the focus on this blog is the Samsung Focus S and the Focus Flash.
AT&T did not provide press photos of the Samsung Focus S, which will apparently succeed over the original Samsung Focus. Unwired View thinks, though, that the Focus S is the smartphone that Microsoft presented during a conference which is the Samsung Galaxy S II in the Windows Phone world.
The Focus S will be sporting a 4.3" WVGA Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display, an 8MP rear facing camera, 1.3MP front, a 1.4GHz processor, and an 8.5mm thin profile.
Also, AT&T did not bring in press photos of the Samsung Focus Flash but it will be sporting a smaller 3.7" Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display, the same 1.4GHz processor, a 5MP rear facing camera, and a front facing camera (probably VGA).
With regards to availability, AT&T is aiming to launch these devices during the 4th quarter of 2011 and have said that their existing line of Windows Phone 7 handset will be updated to the Mango version.
