Undoubtedly, when it comes to docking stations its the Android platform that is the most neglected, but not today. Philips decided to launch their line of Fidelio docks for Android devices. Philips have always been very busy when it comes to their iOS docks this time their Fidelio brand is ready to take some Android lovin' out there. These are the Fidelio for Android AS851, Fidelio for Android AS351, and the Fidelio for Android AS111.
"As the micro USB connector on Android smartphones are placed in different positions and orientations on each phone, Philips has developed a unique connector design that adjusts in three dimensions to hold any phone in both portrait and landscape positions. This means you can dock and charge most Android phones and your phone will always be positioned at the centre of the speaker for the best sound experience."
Philips, aside from developing that unique microUSB connector that can adjust in 3 dimension, the company also developed their own Fidelio Android app so that your Android device will automatically pair with your Fidelio speaker. Read more about these docking stations via Philips's press release.
