The BlackBerry PlayBook with 4G connectivity will not be made available this summer as what the Canadian mobile phone manufacturer have previously said but it will be delayed until fall. This was not really announced but RIM CEO Mike Lazaridis have mentioned that he is excited for the 4G version of the PlayBook launching this fall. When we say 4G, this means both LTE, WiMax, and HSPA+ versions of the tablet since the PlayBook was reported to be launched by Verizon which offers the 4G LTE network, Sprint which offers the 4G WiMax network, and by AT&T which offers the HSP+ 4G standard network. Aside from this, the CEO have also noted that the launching of the BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900/9930 will also be delayed until fall (end of August).
