USA: Windows Phone 7 "NoDo" updates are coming to AT&T - Samsung Focus & the LG Quantum

Two AT&T Windows Phone 7 powered smartphones will soon be getting the much awaited "NoDo" update which will include the copy and paste feature of the mobile platform. According to the Windows Phone Blog, AT&T is now scheduling the February and the "NoDo" update for the Samsung Focus and the LG Quantum. According to to PhoneArena, the update is expected to start rolling out or be released 10 days from now.

But how about that phone above? The HTC Surround? According to WPB (again), the HTC smartphone will not be joining in the update party, just yet. Since Microsoft and AT&T needs to do some additional testing before the update can be released for the device. I'll take a snippet from Microsoft, they know more about it.
"The updates we deliver contain a complex stew of software code. The content often includes not only our fixes and improvements but also software supplied by companies that make the phone itself and the chips inside it. One of these third-party software “packages” earmarked for the HTC Surround needs additional testing by both Microsoft and AT&T." - WPB
The AT&T updates will have something unique over other WP7 updates, I believe. WPB is noting that the AT&T updates will have support for "WISPr". Its a feature that will automatically switch over to an AT&T WiFi Hotspot when it is in range. Also, the update will also support AT&T Adress Book.
