The BlackBerry PlayBook is expected to be launched in April 14th during BlackBerry's event to be held in New York City. Until the date when it will be launched, Staples is putting the tablet on pre-order on their website for $499.99.
For those who is looking for a tablet that is very different from what the market is and will be offering then I think the PlayBook is the tablet you are looking for. Priced exactly the same as the other tablets around, it is very interesting to see how this tablet will fair in the very competitive tablet market with of course Apple taking almost all of the share.
