Adobe Flash 10.2 to be available via Android Market on March 18

Flash 10.2 is already available for Mac, Linux and Windows. The question really is, when it will be available for mobile devices? Adobe have announced back in February that the said version of Flash will be available for mobile devices. The announcement did not come with an exact date. Well, it was just meant to inform us that Flash 10.2 is coming to mobile devices.

Then came the Motorola Xoom which was launched without LTE support and without Flash support. Motorola have announced that the Xoom will be one of the first tablets to get Flash 10.2, which is said to be a battery friendly version of Flash with the "Stage Video rendering pipeline".

That did not take a long time for the software to be available because Adobe have announced that Flash 10.2 will be available for download over at Android Market soon. How soon? March 18th. The software will support (temporarily) the Honeycomb platform, in essence the Motorola Xoom, for the mean time.
