Finally, the specs of the HTC Evo Shift 4G is confirmed by Walmart. Well, at least for the specs. The phone is still to be announced but the specs of it all is official. Wallmart have posted on their site the specifications of the device.

- Slide-out QWERTY keyboard
- Android 2.2 OS

- Sprint 4G compatibility
- MicroSDHC support (up to 32 GB)
- Up to 312 minutes of talk time, up to 146 hours of standby per charge
- 4.63 x 2.3 x .47 in

This handset when it was still rumored to even exist was given a lot of names from HTC Knight, HTC Speedy, HTC Evo Shift 4G, and Walmart is even calling it the HTC Evo Shift. Whatever you call it, it is very apparent that this will be Sprint's take on T-Mobile's G2.
The device's announcement is expected to be in January 6th (that's CES 2011 isn't it) and the device is also expected to go on sale in January 9th. The device have been spotted in a RadioShack catalog and over at Amazon so it is already very safe to say that the launching of the Sprint bound HTC Evo Shift 4G (or whatever you want to call it) is imminent.
