AT&T have announced the HTC Inspire 4G during the AT&T Developer Summit. And yes, as what you can see in the photo, the Inspire 4G is AT&T's version of the Desire HD. Like the Desire HD, the handset will feature a 4.3" touch screen display, and a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor. This will be the US' first HTC smartphone that will run on HTC's latest Sense UI and Sense experience with the HTCSense.com portal. And despite it's 4G name, the handset does not support AT&T's upcoming LTE network so it will only be supporting HSPA+.
I will be updating this post if anything comes up with this device.
