AT&T announces the Samsung Infuse 4G

Another AT&T announcement but this time it comes with the name Samsung. The Samsung Infuse 4G will run on Android 2.2 Froyo at the moment and like the LG Optimus Black, the Infuse 4G is a thin device. Announced during CES 2011 the smartphone will go alongside the HTC Inspire 4G as they take on AT&T shelves soon.

The Infuse 4G will feature a gigantic 4.5" touch screen display, the screen does not only sport Samsung's Super AMOLED technology but it will be flaunting it's Super AMOLED Plus screen which is said to give you 50% more sub-pixels for better contrast and outdoor readability, that is to assume that the Super AMOLED screen is not good enough.

The device will breathe with a 1.2 GHz processor inside it, an 8 MP rear facing camera, and a 1.2 MP front facing camera. No word yet on how much the phone will cost and when it will be available but I will be updating you with it if I get any news from this.
