It's reported that Apple have given word to Chinese company Foxconn that the iPad 2 will start initial shipment in 100 days time, that would be in February of 2011. This report though, is unconfirmed by DigiTimes which added that the first shipment would range from 40,000 - 600,000 units. If you can remember Apple have sold 300,000 units of the original iPad in day 1 and is selling 1 million units per month. What that range of units for the device's first initial shipment does that mean that Apple ain't confident that the iPad 2 will sell like it's predecessor? What do you think?
