USA: Verizon and HTC announced the HTC Droid DNA a 5" behemoth coming in Nov. 21 for $199.99

Droid DNA

Verizon, together with HTC, announced what is HTC's take on Samsung's Galaxy Note, the HTC Droid DNA. We have already seen this device being announced by HTC in Japan, dubbed as the HTC J Butterfly. It is the world's first device to sport a 1080p display in a 5" big screen. It's a bit smaller than the Galaxy Note II and even the Note I but it is, apparently, a phablet. So, it's official, HTC's really hopping in the bandwagon of phone makers trying to get a chunk of Samsung's phbalet market. Verizon will be offering the device for $199.99 with a 2-year contract starting November 19. But it is currently available for pre-orders.
