The newest iOS device that Apple has made (among others), the iPad Mini is now available via Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T. This is the 7.9-incher iPad that sports 4G LTE and is apparently able to give you 4G internet speeds if you get it from either of these carriers. Verizon is offering the iPad Mini for $459.99 (16GB), $559.99 (32GB), and $659.99 (64GB). AT&T is offering it for $359.99 (16GB), $459.99 (32GB), and $559.99 (64GB). These offers fro AT&T requires you to be committed to the carrier for 2-years which is unlike Verizon's offer because Verizon only requires a "month to month service". Sprint is offering the iPad Mini too. Sprint and Verizon have the same pricing for the iPad Mini.
For the iPad 4, Verizon, I believe is still not offering the device but Sprint is offering the iPad 4 starting at $629.99. AT&T is also offering the iPad 4 starting at $529.99 with a 2-year contract. Cheers!
