Expansys USA has put HTC's most powerful smartphone ever up for pre-order. Unfortunately, the retailer puts a "Price not announced" tag on the device. We already know that AT&T will exclusively carry the device, and have announced but still no dates when it will become available. Anyway, an option on where to buy the device is always great because they usually offer the device at a lower price compared to when you get them via the carrier.
