ViewSonic, that company who first came into the Android world with a tablet, has announced a slew of Android smartphones at Barcelona, Spain during the MWC 2012.These smartphones are named the ViewPhone 4s, the ViewPhone 4e, ViewPhone 5e, and the ViewPhone 3. According to my comprehension of Pocket-Lint's report, these smartphones all feature a dual-SIM capabilities.
This is the ViewSonic ViewPhone 4s, is a dual-SIM Android smartphone and sports a 3.5" IPS 16:9 touchscreen display with (960x640) resolution and a 326 pixel density. It carries a 5MP rear facing camera, a VGA front, and is bound to be launched in Europe in June for £325. The ViewPhone 4s, by the way, runs on Android 4.0 ICS
This is the ViewSonic ViewPhone 4e that runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 3.5" HVGA display, a 650MHz processor, and a 3MP fixed focus rear camera. It is scheduled to be launched also in Europe before June for £260.
The ViewSonic ViewPhone 5e features a 5" (800x480) display and runs on Android 4.0 ICS. We don't have any other details though about it but we know that ViewSonic is expected to launch it between July and September for £390.
Lastly, the ViewSonic ViewPhone 3, runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and sports a 3.5" display, a 5MP rear camera, and powered by a Qualcomm 800MHz processor. The ViewPhone 3 is due to be launched in Europe by the end of March for £180.
