Nope, that is not the leaked Samsung Hercules, that is the Samsung Celox, allegedly. Samsung is not stopping whatever lawsuits they get, in fact they are actually pushing through in launching their Samsung Galaxy S IIs in the US via the 4 national carriers. Whether they'd be getting a new look on each carrier, like the original Galaxy S, or not is a question that can only be answered when Samsung makes things official or the carrier.
This alleged smartphone by Samsung not only looks like the Hercules but also it shares specs like the Hercules. Another photo (below) shows the specs of this smartphone, which is expected to be launched in Europe and other markets outside the US. Also, the phone is 4G capable (LTE).

If ever a photo of this particular smartphone gets loose on the internet I'd be blogging about it. For now, savor those beautiful specs up there. Cross your fingers if your mouth is already watering for this phone right here that this rumor or leak will eventually become a reality.
