Twitter have launched the newest Twitter button you should be seeing around the internet starting today, the Twitter Follow Button. Before it was only the Tweet Button that was available for publishers and website owners to put on to their posts or whatnots. What it does is whenever it gets clicked, the button will then tweet it via your Twitter stream. The Follow Button works differently. Apparently, from the name itself, whenever it gets clicked it your Twitter account should automatically follow the Twitter account of that particular content (or the owner)
If you are still not following TechPump on Twitter, then you should be seeing the Follow button at the buttom of this post. Beside the button is TechPump's Twitter handle, if you click that a window will popout (photo: above) and should give you the most recent tweets that the account have sent out.
