[Update: Pricing] USA: HTC Sensation 4G will be available starting June 15 - Walmart in June 12


HTC and Android fans in the US! Good news for all of you! One of the most awaited Android superphones is officially announced to be coming in the US and that's with a date! Officially coming to US customers on June 15 from T-Mobile USA, the HTC Sensation 4G is set to stun the US market with a smartphone that sports a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

If June 15th is too long a wait for you then be happy still because Walmart will start selling the HTC Sensation 4G starting June 12th. The superphone will come right out of the box with these pre-loaded apps:
  • HTC Watch™: A library of the latest, premium movies and TV shows available for rent or purchase using innovative progressive download technology
  • HTC Listen™: A VIP pass to a library of millions of songs with the freedom to transfer purchases to another device or computer
  • T-Mobile® TV: A free selection of live and on-demand TV including news, sports and kids programming, plus full episodes of popular shows
  • T-Mobile Video Chat powered by Qik™: Video conversations with friends and family through T-Mobile’s network and over Wi-Fi
  • Slacker Radio: Free, personalized radio with over 150 genre stations and the ability to create your own stations
So, HTC beat Samsung to the punch in terms of launching their latest flagship Android phone in the US market.

Update: After T-Mobile have officially given the HTC Sensation 4G a date when it will be available in the US, they have made the superphone's landing page live. Anyway, the carrier is offering the HTC Sensation 4G for $199.99 with a 2-year contract after a $50 mail-in rebate. You can also get the handset unlocked for $549.99 (plus tax). So it's up to those who really wants to get HTC's most powerful smartphone yet if they want to be tied with T-Mobile for 2-years or get the superphone unlocked and can opt it to be on prepaid. - Source: Android Community
