Apple to launch Mac OS X Lion in July for $29.99 via the Mac App Store

Apple's WWDC 2011 just finished and just like what they promised they unveiled and demoed the new Mac OS X Lion. A lot of new features is towed with this version of Mac OS X and it would only cause an upgrade of only $29.99 via the Mac App Store. 250 new features were said to be carried by the Lion, 10 were demoed and featured during the event.

These new features includes Full Screen apps (like the iPhoto, iMovie, and Safari), a lot of multi-touch gesture, Mission Control, and the Launchpad (which is like folders in iOS). A new email is also towed in with the new Mac OS, and AirDrop (a peer-to-peer sharing system).

The update, which will only be available from the Mac App Store, will be a 4GB download and will install in place, no reboots needed. The upgrade, like what I have said, will cost you $29.99 for all authorized Macs and will be available within the month of July.
