USA: Motorola Droid X2 to launch on May 26th available online starting May 19th


Motorola's next iteration of the very popular Droid X smartphone, the Motorola Droid X2 will be launched on May 26, officially. On May 26th expect this smartphone to be displayed in Verizon Wireless stores and if you do not want to go out to get one then on May 19th (tomorrow) the smartphone will be available for pre-order online. Verizon has put a $199.99 tag price on the device with a 2-year contract.

The DROID X2 will be available online at www.verizonwireless.com on May 19 and in Verizon Wireless Communication Stores on May 26 for $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.
DROID X2 customers will need to subscribe to a Verizon Wireless Nationwide Talk plan and a smartphone data package. Nationwide Talk plans begin at $39.99 for monthly access and an unlimited smartphone data plan is $29.99 for monthly access.
