If this holds water, then great! At least Twitter realized that a self-owned photo sharing service is good news for Twitter users, like me. Today, there are a number of photo sharing service that you can use if you want to share a photon on your stream. There's Twitpic,Yfrog, and Plixi (acquired by Lockerz). Aside from photos, a video sharing service is also there for Twitter users, in the name of Twitvid.
Recently, Twitter have announced their acquisition of the world's most popular third-party client, Tweetdeck. I do not know what's wrong with Twitter. Are they really that too slow to adapt to what's happening around them? Or are they really that just to un-attentive of the things happening around them that creating, at least, a photo sharing service is a bit important I should say and I know you can agree with me too.
Anyway, Techcrunch is reporting this citing a number of anonymous sources. I am really hoping that this holds water because it would be nice to tweet photos right from Twitter.com, isn't it?
