LG have officially announced the world's first dual-core smartphone (Guiness World Records) in the Philippines. The company is scheduled to launch and make the handset available in the Philippine market by next week with an estimated price of Php 27,990. YugaTech, also notes that aside from LG's flagship phone, they also announced the LG Optimus Black to enter as a "mid-range" smartphone into the Philippine market, probably also by next week.
