Remember Opera Next? It was launched a while back with Opera 11.50 alpha on board. Today, Opera have put the 11.50 version of the browser to it's beta phase and is now ready for testing. Of course, this is not available on the stable version of Opera, the Opera browser with the red logo (click on the link "Opera Next" for more details about this version of the browser).
The main improvement to the beta version of 11.50 is the availability of Opera Extensions on your speed dial.
"Speed Dial extensions transform your Speed Dial from a picture into live action! What does that mean? Instead of a static link to a weather web site, a Speed Dial extension can display the forecast for your specific location. In fact, we built that extension."
For those who have the Opera Next browser on their machines update the browser now by clicking on Menu > Help > and then Check For Updates. For those who still do not have Opera Next installed download the browser via it's official download page.
