AT&T and Microsoft have started pushing two updates for the Samsung Focus and the LG Quantum. Like what they said before, the HTC Surround's updates are still being tested so for those who have the Surround, a bit more waiting and patience is asked from you guys. The first update you will be receiving is the February update, which I believe will and is required before you can install the "NoDo" (March) update. The "NoDo" update is where the copy and paste feature is. Aside from that the NoDo update improves the Marketplace search and a faster app launching.
You will be receiving the update via OTA (Over-The-Air) but if you don't want to wait for it to rain down on you you can use the Zune software on your PC and check for the update for yourself manually. Just make sure to plug in your phone for the software to detect that the update is ready and use the USB cable. Then you may click on Update Now. After you have installed the February update (the first update), unplug your phone from the PC and plug it back again. Another update should be ready for installation.
