Sony Ericsson handset running on Windows Phone 7 photoed

Look folks! A Sony Ericsson smartphone that is running on Windows Phone 7. We already know that the Swedish company is focused on Android, and it is very clear on what they meant about it since all the handsets they have unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2011 are all running on Android.

But what are these photos suppose to mean? Well my source have pointed out that the handset in the photo might be very old, since the last time they heard a rumor about SE working on a Windows Phone 7 device was way back in June of 2010. Maybe, the dead project is resurrected. They also noticed that the WP7 build is old, as evidenced by the photos.

Anyway, a very good point by my source is that the company have released and will be selling the SE Xperia Play. Th world's first handset to be PlayStation Certified. Now that phone is primarily a gaming phone, right? And we all know that Windows Phone 7 has XBox Live in it, right? The analysis is, why would SE make or release a WP7 device if it knows that the platform will definitely compete with it's own gaming system, right?

We will have to wait until SE announces this phone then if you do not know what to believe.
"DigiTimes did report in January that the company does indeed have WP7 phones in the pipeline, adding extra fuel to the rumor’s fire."
