Samsung, according to their Russian Livejournal Blog, will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S Plus. We already heard about the Samsung Galaxy SL which is a heavier, thicker and a device that is powered by a 1GHz OMAP processor. The Galaxy S Plus is said to be a device which is "superior" than both the original Galaxy S and the SL.
The Galaxy S Plus (GT-i9001) will feature a 1.4GHz processor, the same 4" Super AMOLED touch screen display, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, HD video support, 8GB internal storage, and a 1,650 mAh battery.
The phone is expected to be launched in Russia with a price tag of 23,990 rubles which will equate to about US$842. If true, then here comes another Galaxy S phone from Samsung, and would anybody still want to buy it if you consider the fact that the Galaxy S II is already announced?
