Microsoft resumes Windows Phone 7 update to Samsung devices

The first update for Windows Phone 7 was released and everything went well, until reports from Samsung WP7 device owners complained about their devices not getting the update or the update have bricked their handsets. Microsoft have logically stopped the update in response to the situation. Now the update is back and is now safe for download.

This should make things goes smoothly for those with a WP7 device with Samsung branding on it.
"Starting today, we plan to resume rolling out the February update to Samsung phones. Meanwhile, we’re continuing to dispatch the update to other Windows Phone models. As has been the case, the software patch is being sent out on a rolling schedule. You’ll see a message on your phone when it’s available." - WindowsStreamBlog
