The iOS 4.3 GM was recently pushed to developers and we all know what GM means right? Gold Master, basically would mean that the OS is nearing it's public release. BGR have received reports that iOS 4.3 will be available for public consumption at 10AM PT (Pacific Time). If you want to check if your iOS device is illegible for upgrade then click here. The rest of you, you might want to power up your iTunes and prepare the necessary things for the upgrade.
