Yeah! The Gold Master version of iOS 4.3 is now being pushed to developers. We know what happens next when Apple puts GM on a product right? Final release is really coming soon. Well, they have to, the iPad 2 is coming soon and it should have iOS 4.3 already in it. The newest iOS will, apparently, be available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. March 11 will be the official release of the OS since that is the date that the iPad 2 will be available.
