Viola! iOS 4.3! After being delayed because of iTunes 10.2 bugs which instinctively was then fixed by iTunes 10.2.1. After that has been solved, iOS 4.3 is now available for your consumption. The most noted feature of iOS 4.3 is the addition of the Personal Hotspot feature which will now be available on the GSM version of the iPhone 4 (AT&T). Which devices are compatible? Well this seemed to be true, since the OS will be compatible with iPhone 3GS & 4, iPad 1 (iPad 3 will apparently come with iOS 4.3), and the 3rd and 4th generation of the iPod Touch.
Make sure to update your iTunes to 10.2.1 before you do the update.
